Going to another shop today to have my oil and other things checked to make sure I am driving a safe vehicle. Very disappointed I had to get new tires after ASKING if my tire was safe to drive and was told yes. Discount tire told me I had had a slow leak for a while.
To top that I was driving the next day to Texas and my tire light came back on and by that next morning it was completely flat. So I am to believe my oil was never changed. When I asked for a new sticker she printed me one with the wrong date of service. I did not have a new oil change sticker or information on when my next oil change is.
The air filter was not charged so I was not sure they changed it. I received my receipt and the odometer reading was 100,000 miles higher than my vehicle. I was asked if I would like my air filter changed I said yes to one of the crew members. I had low air sensor on and asked when they rotated my tires to check for a leak and the woman said it was due to cold weather and it was not an issue. I had faith that my services were being completed. The office manager was kind and informative. I was very confident when I went into this shop to have an oil change and tires rotated before a trip to Texas. They didnt even say anything or apologize for the time it took!They also raised the prices and and didnt have them posted for consumers to see! This place used to be good but Im not sure if ill come back to this one again! If it was going to take any longer hed come back another time.The next thing I know this guys truck was in the bay before mine and was done before 2:30 while I was STILL WAITING! This man came in AFTER ME AND WAS DONE BEFORE ME! My car wasnt finished until 2:45! So much for We Value Your Business-And Your Time! and certainly doesnt care about completing service in the time they promise.What happened to If our Certified Pit Crew doesn’t finish in the time promised or less, you’ll get a buck back for every minute we go over. My time is important to me.I sat in the waiting area for over an hour and 20min for an Oil Change! I was told it would take 20 min! After sitting in the waiting area for 30 min and my car not even in the bay for service, a man came in with a white truck and asked the guys working how long the wait would be and told them he had to be out of there by 2:30pm. I previously managed several Jiffy Lube shops and this borderline unethical business tactic wouldve never happened in one of my stores. Its unfortunate that just to boost the daily ticket average, years of repeat business was lost for you. So after 5 years and 4 company vehicles, Ill choose to give my business elsewhere due to this ridiculous policy.
